Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who have strong communication skills to articulate complex security risks clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should be a self-starter, capable of setting and achieving challenging personal targets. Excellent time, resource, and project management skills are essential for managing multiple engagements with conflicting priorities successfully.
You will also need to bring:
1. Broad experience in Solution Architecture and considerable experience in Information Security.
2. Familiarity with information security risk management.
3. Knowledge of the NIST cybersecurity framework and ISO/IEC 27000 series of information security standards, along with other related industry best-practice standards.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex and sometimes conflicting security drivers.
5. Experience working across multiple geographical borders and time zones.
6. Experience engaging with senior business and IT personnel, as well as major IT suppliers.
7. Project management experience and familiarity with project management frameworks like Prince 2 would be beneficial.
Bonus points if you have:
1. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Certification.
2. A university degree in information security, computer science, telecommunications, networking, engineering, or another computer-related field.
3. Certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
Your responsibilities are:
As a Security Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for delivering, executing, and implementing security solution architectures for assigned projects, aligning with our enterprise security architecture and vision. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Defining and maintaining security solutions architecture, including articulating associated benefits and costs aligned to technology solutions.
2. Consulting with our Technology Services teams and engaging collaboratively across global teams to deliver security solutions architecture.
3. Initiating significant change, identifying opportunities for improving security, and managing the implementation of continuous improvement and new ideas.
4. Reporting key architecture recommendations and implications to the Chief Security Architect.
5. Maintaining a forward-looking perspective on emerging security and technology developments, assessing their relevance to business and technology strategies.
6. Assisting in defining and maintaining the Security Enterprise Architecture.
7. Establishing and leveraging effective working relationships with all areas of Technology Services and external stakeholders to enhance our overall service.
