About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Team Leader to join our team, responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and providing coaching and guidance to enhance their performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve their performance
* Contribute to the development and implementation of effective customer service strategies, aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Work closely with the store manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including stock management, health and safety, and compliance with company policies
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that the store remains compliant with company policies and procedures
