About the role
We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to support colleagues from across the Adecco Group!
A dedicated workstream lead to manage the establishment of Supply Chain for New Client Implementations (NCI) and account expansion in established Group Accounts. This role is defined as brand agnostic and as such the Supply Chain Manager will be expected to support NCI work in all UK and Ireland brands.
To ensure that Adecco Group’s supply chain minimises business risk and provide subject matter expertise in sourcing, supplier selection, supplier/relationship management, supply chain rationalisation and supply market dynamics.
What you’ll be doing

o To lead the supply chain work stream for client implementations, change programs, and scope enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

o Understand the client needs for second-tier suppliers, anticipating future supply chain demands.
*
o To ensure that Adecco Group’s supply chain minimises business risk by ensuring the correct flow down of liability provisions, credit exposure.
*
o To identify the required second tier suppliers for the client.
*
o To engage and negotiate with second tier suppliers.
*
o To liaise with Legal to develop appropriate contracts for second tier suppliers.
*
o Negotiate contract flow-downs.
*
o To liaise with Shared Service function to ensure prompt issuing and receipt of second tier contracts.
*
o To address any credit related issues as part of the on-boarding process.
o To on-board second tiers.
*
o To establish supply chain structure including a tiered system to include a more limited number of ‘supply partner’ relationships.
*
o To support Bid Team and existing accounts in the provision of relevant data, utilising the supply chain to establish market pay rate data for use in projects, cost saving initiatives and monthly MI.
*
o To gather and utilise more general data relating to the agency supply market to support Adecco Brands in delivering client solutions.
*
o To engage in the establishment of new client solutions and the review of the existing supplier base, followed by supplier optimisation activities as appropriate.

o To support the management of any supplier performance issues through to completion.
*
o To support Account Teams in the development of new relationships to address any gaps identified in supply chain.
*
o Active involvement in contractor migration programmes.
*
o Responsible for managing all aspects of supplier contracts and negotiations.
*
o Set up and maintain data tracking systems for all aspects of supplier contracts and performance tracking in order to produce MI as required.

o Prepare monthly MI on supplier usage, performance and spend.
*
o Ensure all 3rd party requests and issues are dealt with.
About you
*
o Sourcing and supply chain management experience.
*
o Specific category/market knowledge related to recruitment/staffing suppliers.
*
o Strong knowledge of recruiting/sourcing processes and organisation, processes, systems and tools.
*
o Contract negotiation and maintenance.
*
o Understanding of supplier performance management.
*
o Relationship management experience to senior levels.
