Pharmacy Support Associate

The role of the Pharmacy Support Associate within the Pharmacy team & requires a dynamic and patient centric individual who wants to help patients navigate their journey through the pharmacy.
Answering patient queries by telephone and email
Communicate with members of the pharmacy team and clinic to ensure medications are dispensed in a timely manner.
Support the Pharmacy team in the following areas:
First point of contact for any quality issues with medication
Supporting patients to navigate their care within the pharmacy and clinic
Supporting administrative tasks associated with ordering processes
Support operational and clinical recruitment and onboarding
Be first point of contact for any complaints and incidents, collate feedback and liaise with Head of Governance on complaints and compliments
Liaise with product and tech support team on technical issues
Work closely with line manager and wider team on service improvement
To maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPS
Shift based and flexible working maybe required
2 plus years of work experience
~ Good understanding of working a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
