What You Can Expect:
* Based from home, this is a unique opportunity to join a growing national business that is ramping up its sales force over the next 24 months.
* A full 12-month training program has been put together with high tech sales aids and customer relationship tools to assist you in organizing a successful sales territory.
* Full support will be given from day one, including sales leads from our heavily marketed website, customer segment-specific campaigns, and exhibitions, which you will be required to attend in the UK.
* Your territory is exclusive to you; all sales/rentals you agree will earn you commission. The results you achieve will match the hard work you put in and the learning you gain from the extensive training provided.
* You will work closely with the UK team, the International Sales Director, and the sales and technical team to promote the Mil-tek solution into your territory, using the state-of-the-art sales aids provided.
What We Expect:
* A graduate ideally (although not a requirement), you will have some experience of face-to-face interaction with third parties in your current or previous roles.
* An ability to learn and adapt to new processes.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages – a knowledge of CRM would be an advantage.
* A background in sales is an advantage but not a necessity.
* More important is hunger, a drive to succeed, and a willingness to find your own customers and provide them with cost-saving and sustainable solutions from our unique product range and approach to the market.
