We have 1 x Full Time Fixed Term Consultant posts in our Accident and Emergency Department at Lincoln County Hospital. This post is full time for a Consultant in Emergency Medicine for the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. The purpose of this post is to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to each individual patient who attends the department. The appointee will be required to work in a 1:15 on call Rota with a 1:5 weekend frequency. The job plan will be aligned to an 85% DCC and 15% SPA split as per Trust guidance. Main duties of the job The Appointee will be expected, in conjunction with his / her colleagues, to provide a comprehensive clinical, supervisory, educational and training support to the Emergency Department. This is a full time Locum Consultant in Emergency Medicine appointment for the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. The purpose of this post is to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to each individual patient who attends the department. The appointee will be required to work in a 1:2 rota. The on call supplement is currently category A and is classed as high frequency with an on call availability supplement of 8% currently payable. If the person appointed elects to undertake a part time contract, he / she will be required to devote substantially the whole of his / her professional time to the duties of the post and to give them priority at all times.
