Salary - Rates of pay from £12.82ph to £13.22ph depending on store location
Hours of Work - 37.5 hours a week

As a Team Leader for Hobbycraft, you will be supporting the management team and helping to drive sales, alongside the development and delivery of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards, and gift card transactions.
* Overseeing operations including merchandising, goods in, warehouse operations, and duty management responsibilities.
* Supporting and coaching our new colleagues.
* Coordinating the workload of colleagues.
* Answering customer enquiries.
Minimum Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year’s previous retail experience is essential (managerial or supervisory roles will be advantageous).
* Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others.
* Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs.
* High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
* Confident and clear communication skills.
* Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs.
