£25,000 - £26,000The Esland Group are now recruiting for a Recruitment Compliance & Onboarding Administrator to join the team during a period of growth. This is a Hybrid role, working 3 days in our Support Centre in Belper and 2 days from home.The role of the Recruitment Compliance & Onboarding Administrator is to lead on the candidate onboarding process supporting the Recruitment Partners to improve our pre-start candidate experience, ensuring each stage following interview confirmation is monitored and managed efficiently.You will be reporting to the Compliance & Onboarding Manager, and you will have regular contact and interaction with candidates, hiring managers, regional managers, and HR colleagues.About our schools: Key duties of the role will be:-Accountable for the effective internal recruitment process of all candidates after offer stage, including carrying out recruitment compliance checks, preparing contracts of employment and liaising with relevant internal departmentsWorking closely with the Learning & Development team, Hiring Managers to ensure the appropriate induction and training plans are in place for all new candidatesOverseeing all stages of the pre-start candidate journey and therefore positively impacting the process from offer to startSupport the Hiring Manager to ensure they provide all documentation relating to the candidate offerMaintaining accurate, complete, and up to date employee records through our ATS (Pinpoint) and HR system (People HR) Build relationships with Hiring Managers and keep them informed of how new candidates are being processedUtilise the ATS to effectively track candidate progress and expedite where possible candidates start datesPractice and promote effective, timely communication both within and outside the companyWork collaboratively with the recruitment team to deliver the recruitment requiredWhat we are looking for: What experience will you bring Recent experience of recruitment and onboarding within a volume-based recruitment team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to be hands on and support management of high-volume administrative tasks, through hybrid workingAbility to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demandsProficient with Microsoft Office and ATS/HR systemsAbility to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the businessPositive and solution focused, with a can-do attitudeOrganised/administrative skillsCustomer focusedConfident, professional, and personable with a flexible and adaptable approachRequirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice.All young people are equally entitled to have their needs met in a fair and balanced way.
