OPPORTUNITY: Top opportunity for an ambitious NQ solicitor looking to deal with city-quality Real Estate work from a Bristol base. Our client is a very well regarded top 10 law firm with an impressive and modern office in central Bristol. They are currently seeking a NQ - 5 PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join their highly rated Real Estate team.
WORK: The team acts for a full range of clients, including institutional investors, listed and private property companies, banks, developers, public sector bodies, and corporate occupiers on a broad and varied range of transactional and advisory real estate services - property development, property finance, property investment, and corporate real estate work.
BACKGROUND: The firm is ideally looking for someone with first-class experience and passion in high-quality real estate work. You should also have a proven academic record and strong communication skills.
If you're a newly qualified real estate lawyer or perhaps have a few years of experience under your belt seeking your next challenge, then my client would like to hear from you.
To be considered, you will be a qualified solicitor with a training seat in commercial property, ideally at a similarly sized and reputable practice with a proven strong academic record.
