JOB TITLE: Cleaning Operative
LOCATION: Newtec Place Oxford
PAY RATE: £12.00 PER HOUR
SHIFT PATTERN: Flexible hours Monday - Friday between 0800 - 1700, 9 HOURS PER WEEK
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To be clean, smart in appearance, and wear company uniform at all times to maintain ABM’s reputation for professionalism and quality.
2. To ensure that all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BICSc standards, fully meeting or exceeding client expectations.
3. To adhere to ABM’s Health and Safety procedures, recognizing personal responsibility for health and safety.
4. To effectively interact with the public and provide assistance when appropriate.
5. To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader and suggest improvements for continuous improvement.
6. To support and assist colleagues whenever possible.
7. To undertake ad hoc duties as operationally required.

1. Good communication skills both verbal and written.
2. Good customer care skills.
3. Smart clean appearance.
