About Us
We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. £27,000 - £29,000 + Performance bonus of up to £2000 p/a + Gratuities
Job Role
Responsible for the efficient management of the site. Aiding the senior venue management and taking full responsibility in their absence. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness. Managing profit margins and growing sales. Motivating, coaching, and developing the team so they can further progress their careers.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
Computer literacy skills.
