Express Recruitment are excited to have entered a working partnership with a Classic Car Company based in the heart of Derby. With financial and client growth on the rise once more, our client is seeking an experienced Club/Office Manager to join their Derby office on a part time (30 hour) basis.
The successful candidate will be required to ensure the smooth daily running of their premises and support the wider departments to ensure that the office and building services remain of the highest quality.
In return, you will receive a competitive starting salary of up to £34,000 full time equivalent based on a 30 hour working week, working Monday to Friday, with flexible working arrangements around these days.
Responsibilities
* Inspect offices to ensure they are secure and fully compliant with Health & Safety legislation
* Liaising with suppliers and processing of internal invoices
* Reviewing and updating policies as required for smooth running of the office
* Manage 1 member of facilities team to ensure front of house services are preferred
* Take lead on a small administrative team and manage day to day workloads
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable track record in office management inclusive of team management
* Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
* Keen interest in classic cars highly advantageous
* Demonstrable IT skills including Microsoft Office systems
* Experience with people management preferred
