Led by a highly successful founder CEO and supported by an exceptional senior leadership team, they are seeking a high calibre CFO to help drive the business forward towards its next capital event in 2028/29.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing business and take a central role in shaping its financial strategy. The CFO will oversee a sizeable finance department and will be instrumental in positioning the business for its next stage of growth.
As CFO, you will work closely with the CEO and the senior leadership team (SLT) to shape the company’s financial strategy, enhance performance analysis, and create long-term value. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the finance function and managing a sizable team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and growth plans
* Developing and executing financial strategies that enable sustained growth and profitability
* Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure robust financial health
* Driving value creation and optimising financial performance through data-driven insights – building on and developing the current FP&A function
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and advisors
* Navigating the company’s journey towards its next capital event, ensuring that financial structures and processes support this transition
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on CFO with:
* Extensive experience as a CFO or senior financial leader within a business of scale, ideally in a growth-focused environment
* A strong commercial and operational finance background, with the ability to provide strategic leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
* Proven experience in leading a sizable finance team, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
* A track record of influencing strategic decisions, driving financial performance, and creating value for the business
This is a unique chance to be a key player in a high-performing, innovative company at an exciting stage of growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the business, drive operational excellence, and contribute to significant wealth creation through the company’s upcoming exit.
If you are an inspirational leader with a passion for scaling businesses and creating long-term value, we would love to hear from you.
