Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator
Reports to (position): Internal Sales Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Purpose of Position
* Provide proactive admin and sales support to the Internal and External Sales & Specification teams.
* Ensure a seamless handover of specified projects to the sales team to maximize conversion rates.
* Chase and convert Quotes/Projects.
* Create a collaborative link between all Commercial functions.
Key Accountabilities
* Process customer calls and handle inbound queries efficiently.
* Process customer enquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
* Administration of Project and Quote Data, ensuring specifications are tracked and upheld.
* Monitor specified projects in CRM and track progress to ensure retention through to sales conversion.
* Chase individual quotes and quotes incorporated into a project, ensuring timely follow-up by the sales team.
* Update ASM and Specification teams with relevant project and customer insights.
* Maintain CRM system accurately and consistently, including adding new products when received.
* Produce actionable reports and provide data-driven feedback to senior management.
* Liaise with Customers and Logistics to resolve issues and enhance customer experience.
* Manage General Customer Service and Delivery enquiries.
* Support the implementation of structured Specification-to-Sales handover meetings.
* Offer additional support as the business requires.
Job Requirements
* Proven customer service experience with a results-oriented mindset.
* Strong telephone manner with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
* Confidence in following up and ensuring accountability in project tracking.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Ability to work on own initiative while maintaining alignment with team objectives.
* Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Friendly and outgoing personality, with a strong team spirit.
The Role Holder is Expected To:
* Comply with all aspects of Addagrip Policies.
* Ensure that all business operations are performed in accordance with instructions and procedures and in such a way as to prevent any fraudulent activities.
* Comply with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and observe the requirements of the Company Safety Policy and other relevant legislation.
* Update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and attend training/development courses as required.
* Comply with all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company.
Education/Qualification
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
