Utilise the Promotional guide or Post Natal Scale to communicate with clients implementing a plan of care in partnership with families in need/crisis. To develop, monitor and evaluate quality standards with Health Visiting Practice, utilising the Clinical Governance Framework to support the provision of a First Class Service.
