Facilities Admin Assistant: Are you ready to make a difference at Ageas? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Operations Technician to join our Facilities Department, supporting our workplace and property manager. This role is all about ensuring our workplace is safe, efficient, and collaborative for employees, tenants, visitors, and contractors.
Main Responsibilities as Facilities Admin Assistant:
1. Be the first point of contact for all visitors and Facilities related requests, ensuring that enquiries are remedied efficiently, including compliant use of Ageas or 3rd party systems when needed.
2. Support site security through operation of the staff access systems in accordance with security procedures and audit requirements.
3. Deliver a professional and effective reception service, including the redirection of any inbound calls via the switchboard and face to face contact with visitors.
4. Provide support to the line manager with any operational business requirements when needed.
5. Ensure that all Ageas procedures, policies and standards are met while providing a positive workplace experience.
6. Support cross site working especially during times of staff shortage.
Skills and experience you need as Facilities Admin Assistant:
1. Proven numeric ability and GCSE Maths pass.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems.
3. High standards of data entry accuracy.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
6. Experience in fostering good working relationships and supporting team members.
7. Flexibility to cover Facilities site between 8am – 6pm.
