Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling inbound calls from tenants.
2. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
3. Handling all inquiries professionally and politely.

The role is based on the outskirts of Manchester and is 20 hours per week, which can be spread across every day or condensed to 3 working days.
