QUOC is looking for a dynamic Account Manager/Brand Manager to lead our UK sales and business development efforts. A leading brand in high-quality cycling footwear, we are a fast-growing company whose distribution and wholesale network is quickly expanding worldwide. The role requires a personable, target-driven, and organised individual, with experience of sales and an avid interest in cycling. This role is remote for individuals based full-time in the UK.
Preferred qualifications
Avid cyclist with familiarity with cycling or outdoor sports landscape. This role will involve frequent community rides and cycling events which will require aptitude on the bike.
Natural leader and team player, with a passion for making genuine human connections.
Self-motivated with strong sense of initiative.
Target-driven with a proven track record in reaching sales and business development goals.
Organised and skilled in time management and prioritisation.
Excellent communication skills, strong presentation skills, attention-to-detail and ability to generate high quality sales materials and emails.
Excellent service mentality; willingness to swiftly address issues and go above-and-beyond to fulfil partner expectations.
Familiarity with social-media platforms and community building.
Valid UK Driving License
Key responsibilities
Generate, manage, and oversee all UK sales and business development efforts.
Meet monthly sales targets with the goal of expanding our retailer network in the UK.
Play a key role in UK sales strategy, and coordinate efforts with the global sales team.
Constantly outbound new connections and maintain close communication with existing contacts and leads.
Guide partners through the order process and keep customers up to date on delivery.
Complete relevant invoice and receipt paperwork, and logistics/shipping admin to ensure successful delivery of orders.
Become fluent in QUOC's product features, prices and availability, delivering consistently solid arguments to prospective customers.
Keep an organised and visible pipeline, providing regular feedback to the global team.
Manage regional social-media platforms and ambassador relationships for the brand
Organise and attend rides, events, and races to engage regional communities.
This is a full-time, UK-based opportunity. The position can be completed remotely and will require frequent domestic travel.
