CRM Marketing Lead
Reporting to: Group Head of CRM
Working alongside: CRM Sales Lead
Location: Flexible working (3 days in office), Head office based in Swindon
Salary: £45 -£55k (DOE)

Role Purpose:
We are seeking a CRM Marketing Lead with extensive experience in the Marketing Hub in HubSpot. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Marketing Hubs tools, workflows and Data management technical elements. This role is crucial in supporting and training our Country Marketing Teams to effectively utilise HubSpot's capabilities, as well as developing our current Account with new innovations and general improvements.
The CFO Centre is progressing through an international roll out of its HubSpot CRM and this role will be critical to the successful implementation of the application across all CFO Centre Countries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Marketing Teams to optimise Campaigns and Marketing automation processes
* Support system configuration, training and customisation to meet business needs focused on Marketing and Nurturing across Client Journeys
* Support the roll out of HubSpot to CFOC businesses
* Support, guide, and advise Country Teams on best data management practices
* Demonstrate strong knowledge in Reporting
* Develop and deliver training programs for Country Marketing teams to enhance their use of HubSpot, including those already in the Group CRM and those being integrated over the next few years. Both in person and virtual
* Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features and best practices to ensure the platform is used to its full potential
* Collaborate with other departments (EG: Telesales and Sales) to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HubSpot with overall business strategies
* Gather and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure the CRM system meets user needs
* Develop clear and concise documentation for processes, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
Skills & Knowledge:
* Thorough knowledge of Marketing Hub in HubSpot. Ideally 2+ years’ experience
* Proficiency in Campaign management, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Social Media management
* Ability to manage self and others to deliver to Project timescales
* Expertise in Data management, including Data import/export, enriching and cleansing
* Knowledge of Data compliance, subscriptions, standards and practices
* Familiarity with integration tools and processes
* Excellent training ability to Team members, both virtually and in person
* Excellent problem-solving skills, reporting skills, and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction
* Proficiency in documentation and training delivery
* Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools within HubSpot
* Knowledge of Change Management principles
