This role is mobile covering a geographic area defined by a 10 mile radius of your base location. You do not need to be able to drive, but do need to be able to get to all the different locations as you will be covering different shifts across the patch. Travel expenses and parking will be paid back to you and are processed three times per month.

We are recruiting Security Professionals based on site at His Majesty’s Court & Tribunal Service buildings. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You just require a positive customer service approach in everything you do.
So, what does a typical day as a Court & Tribunal Security Officer look like? This is not an average security job and every day within the Court & Tribunals service brings something new. You will be entrusted to ensure a safe environment for this essential National service and will become an important part within the justice system. You will gain job fulfilment from protecting and helping society and vulnerable people throughout a difficult time in their lives.
Your day will consist of providing a first class customer experience, meeting and greeting all Court users, whilst patrolling and securing the impressive building. If this appeals to you are you would like to learn more about this unique job working within a prestigious location then please apply.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible and part-time hours if required. There is no weekend or night work, but we can often offer overtime on a Saturday, Sunday, and Bank holidays. The weekends will be paid at a generous rate of 1.5x for Saturdays and 2x for Sundays, alongside a rate of 1.5x for weekday overtime outside of normal court operating times.

Rate of pay will increase in April 2024 to £12.17/ph. plus £1 attendance allowance.
