An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Procurement Team. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake this post. The successful candidate will be part of a small dynamic team, working to support the organisation and its subsidiary companies to procure and contract a vast array of goods and services.
About the role
The Procurement Data and Performance Officer will be responsible for providing high quality information and analytical support within the Procurement function, by the development and up-keep of various analytical tools to improve the provision of information within Karbon Homes and its subsidiary companies (The Group).
The post-holder is required to provide information and analytical support within the Procurement Department. The challenge for the post-holder is to ensure that the data provided is accurate and up to date. In addition, the post-holder will be responsible for ensuring that all Procurement databases are maintained in a timely manner.
The Procurement Data and Performance Officer will also have responsibility, with the support of the Procurement Specialists, for the administrative processes for the management of suppliers via a purchase to pay system and a supplier management system. This is to ensure that the Procurement service supports the business areas within the Group and associated stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working within either a Procurement team or in statistical analysis. The Procurement team reports into the Assistant Director of Finance, working as part of the Resources Directorate. This management structure ensures the service is supported with appropriate representation at every level of the organisation.

* Procurement Data and Performance Officer - permanent role
* Salary is £38,453 per annum
* Location: To be agreed - Agile work from home and any Karbon Office
* Some travel will be required
* 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
