In this role, you’ll make sure we’re being cost-conscious across the whole of our property estate, identifying trends in data and making sure we invest our members money wisely. We’ll look to you to align to specific suppliers, analysing large data sets, and working with key internal and external partners to identify key risks as well as opportunities for further optimisation. With lots of new projects on the horizon, this is an exciting time to join us and develop your skills within a varied role.
What you’ll do
1. Work collaboratively with external suppliers and contract managers to manage breached/aged and critical work orders to drive outstanding service.
2. Work closely with the FM Business Partners and contract managers to drive performance improvement through quality feedback and insights.
3. Monitor and report on FM budgetary performance, supporting decision making and identifying and resolving data issues that are impacting operational performance.
4. Provide a robust review of contractor assurance evidence and identification of risks, gaps, and failings.
5. Assist contract managers with useful insights on supplier performance.
6. Work with finance to provide the rationale behind our operational performance and identify any risks and opportunities.
7. Work alongside procurement to inform decision making and influence category plan activity.
8. Assure asset management data and highlight any trends in supplier reporting.
This role would suit people who have
1. An analytical approach and good commercial awareness.
2. The ability to communicate and present complex data into understandable and engaging insights.
3. Strong excel skills – you’re comfortable using pivot tables, v-look-ups etc and conducting management level reporting.
4. High attention to detail with a talent for spotting risks or opportunities from data.
5. Excellent communication skills – you’re not afraid to constructively challenge when required.
