Responsibilities
* Delivering high-quality services for large national infrastructure projects and frameworks, working for blue-chip clients and the public sector.
* Responsible for growing workload with regard to bidding and proposal writing, local resource deployment, and managing infrastructure projects with existing and new clients.
* Working across all sectors as opportunities arise, including those within WSP supporting our own internal design teams, as well as wider external-facing UK and international projects as appropriate.
* Being responsible for the management and delivery of key accounts.
* Providing project technical leadership and quality assurance for CDM roles and safety assurance services.
YOUR TEAM
We are a national team of health and safety professionals that manage and deliver construction safety and business safety assurance services to both internal and external clients across the UK and internationally.
Working in the Glasgow team, you will be working for internal WSP teams, both local and central government bodies, and large blue-chip organisations across the country. Our client base includes blue-chip, national infrastructure, leading developers, and government organisations. Our client base continues to grow based on the services and quality we deliver.

Minimum Requirements
* Extensive experience of working in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services.
* Experience of managing and developing junior team members.
* Delivery of both CDM duties and support services as both the Principal Designer and the Client.
* Delivery of audits and inspections with regards to premises and management system compliance, with excellent technical capability and a successful record of delivery.
* Experience of undertaking management system reviews, audits, and development.
* Assisted with the development of commercial/bid proposals and project setup.
* Relevant academic qualifications and appropriate institution membership/s to demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge to deliver the role.
* A good communicator able to manage projects and people within both a team and project environment.
