Juice Outbound calling agent JD: Juice Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established home shading company in South Bristol, seeking a dedicated and motivated Outbound Contact Centre Agent to join their Telesales team. This is a full-time, office-based role located at their office in Bedminster. Key Responsibilities: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, decision-maker contacts, appointment bookings (quality and quantity), and visited appointments. Maintain awareness of individual performance versus KPIs and targets. Make outbound calls as instructed by Telesales Management and provide inbound phone cover as required. Ensure all allocated calls are completed within defined timeframes and adhere to the correct scripts, incorporating specific promotions. Book appointments following company policies and standards. Accurately and completely enter data into Call Centre Manager and Lead Manager systems. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales policies, scripts, and procedures. Support Telesales Management as needed, providing feedback and ideas to the management team. You Will Need: Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner. Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets. Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and appointment scheduling.
