General Summary:
This position reports to the Global Human Resources Director or their designee; is located in Banbury, UK. Responsible for administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments.
2. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
3. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training.
5. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
6. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
7. Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
9. Coordinate and assist with HR projects and initiatives.
10. Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
11. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
12. Follow all safety regulations in all venues.
13. Other duties as assigned by the Global Human Resources Director or their designee.
Education and Work Experience:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
6. Knowledge of HR software and databases is a plus.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
1. Familiarity with employment law and GDPR.
2. Knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
3. Understanding of employee benefits programs and administration.
4. Ability to conduct employee orientations.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
7. Work to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations.
8. Quick decision-making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical way.
9. Work well within a team environment with personnel at all levels.
10. A sympathetic approach to your work colleagues and an ability to integrate within a group environment.

Equipment and Applications:
1. Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and copiers.
2. Experience with HR software applications such as BambooHR.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Work Environment Physical Demands:
An ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require some domestic & international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends. This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast-paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy, and all relevant other statutory Health and Safety legislation.
