* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
