We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our PMC team.

Contract: Permanent - Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,540.00 per annum OTE circa £37,000 per annum (including standby payments).
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within our Durham maintenance team. As a Multi Skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for undertaking all joinery repairs and associated multi skilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard whilst delivering excellent customer service.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment. You will possess excellent customer service skills, conversing with a wide range of people in the delivery of a first-class repairs service.
You will engage with all stakeholders of the service, acting as an Ambassador of Bernicia, promoting and endorsing the positive work that we do across our communities. It’s important that we deliver a first-class customer service where we are proud to be recognised for the quality service that we deliver.
For the technical bit, you will have a sound working knowledge of your trade discipline and exhibit sound knowledge of the wider building construction sector. It is essential that you hold a City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery or the equivalent. An appropriate CSCS card is desirable, and a full driving licence is essential. You will also demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused environment where the customer comes first.
