Rydale clothing is a country fashion brand trademark under YTC Limited. We are a constantly moving, retail focused operation with an ever-expanding range of clothing, footwear and accessories. Our goal is to grow our brand and create a positive, active online presence. The right candidate will progress to being a crucial member of our team and be involved in all online marketing campaigns and promotions.
Growing Social Media Channels
The right candidate will be confident and have the creative flair necessary to engage and grow a social following, driving brand awareness and ultimately website conversions. Rydale currently has a presence on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, X, and Youtube.
Duties will include: Recommend and implement social media campaigns
Plan, set up and report on social paid advertising
Create attractive video, photo and written social media content
Analyse and regularly report on overall social media results
Perform competitor research and keep up to date with the industry
Build relations with brand ambassadors
Respond to customer messages in a professional manner
Involvement in other Rydale marketing activities
Essential Skills Comfortable appearing and presenting in content
Specific knowledge and experience in social marketing
Well-rounded general knowledge of marketing
Proactive and hands-on with creating content and posting it
Comfortable reporting and analysing data to create actionable suggestions
Excellent attention to detail, good grammar and spelling
Desirable Skills Proficient user of Google Sheets or Excel
Proficient in graphic design
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Creative and influential writer
While this full-time role is primarily HQ based in Driffield, East Yorkshire: if you're further away and are the right fit, we're open to a hybrid work arrangement. The role offers great career prospects and advancement for the right person.
40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
