Internal Sales Administrator
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth order processing? Join our client's dynamic team as an Internal Sales Administrator in the Foodservice sector!
In this critical role, you'll be responsible for processing sales orders for well-known Fast Food and Restaurant brands, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the overall efficiency of our sales function. You'll have the opportunity to quickly progress into an internal customer account management role.
We are looking for a self-starter with a drive for results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. If you have experience in the Foodservice market or packaging, that's a plus, but not essential. Familiarity with CRM systems like Pipedrive and ERP systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, will set you up for success.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Accurately process customer orders received via email and phone. Verify order details, product specifications, and delivery requirements. Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
2. Customer Communication: Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any changes. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
3. Data Management: Generate order-related reports and assist in data analysis to support the sales team.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure customer requirements are met. Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks and customer account management.
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline order processing and enhance customer service. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in order management.

Education/Experience Required:
1. Previous experience in the Foodservice market or packaging preferred, but not essential
2. Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems and ERP systems
3. Literate (Grade C GCSE minimum)
4. Numerate and analytical (Grade C GCSE Maths minimum)
5. Comfortable user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
