Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual ready to take ownership of purchasing operations? Our client is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their dynamic team and contribute to the seamless procurement and logistics of goods.
Key Responsibilities of the Purchasing Administrator :
* Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for stock, sales, and operational needs, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data in the inventory system
* Maintain supplier data, update pricelists, monitor reorder levels, and participate in stock takes
* Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to track deliveries, coordinate imports, and handle bonded goods administration
* Support cross-functional teams with operational projects as needed
Requirements of the Purchasing Administrator :
* Strong Excel skills with experience in calculating pricing and margins
* Excellent administrative capabilities and accuracy in data management
* Confident liaising with suppliers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing
* A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
