I am recruiting for a QA Operations lead, known also as QA Manager within specialist healthcare business based in North West of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation. For immediate start, this is 12FTC role covering maternity and will support product manufacture so a degree of flexibility to working is required.

Purpose of the Role of QA Operations Lead(QA Manager)

Batch documentation review & release of non-medicinal products. Batch documentation review of medicinal products in preparation for QP release.

Quality support in manufacturing & packaging operations & warehouse

Incident and non-conformance investigation and reporting

Investigate customer complaints & liaise with customer

Liaise with customers and suppliers for issues, investigations and projects

Manage Change Controls and be a Quality representative on projects
