An opportunity has arisen for anenthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Financial Services team inthe Treasury Section focusing mainly on daily cashbook and bank reconciliations.
The successful candidate will form partof our friendly team. The role will play an important part in helping the Trustand its Subsidiaries maintain a successful Treasury department and also beinvolved in successfully implementing new progressive ways of working.
Thecandidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills withthe ability to deal with people at all levels as well as good organisationalskills and a real commitment to providing an excellent service delivery. They must be capable of working to tightdeadlines, prioritise workloads and to work on their own initiative as well asunder supervision, and have a "Can Do" attitude.
Thecandidate will possess good Excel skills. We are keen to offer all staff theopportunity to build upon their existing related knowledge and skills and willsupport training requests etc in respect of this wherever possible.
Theposition will be office based with the potential for some working from home andoffers the benefits of flexible working. Secondment applications are welcome.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of a widerTreasury team dealing with bank and cash related tasks for the Trust and itssubsidiaries. This will involve daily review of bank balance and statements,cashbook and bank reconciliations, transacting payments through the bank,dealing with incoming queries amongst other tasks.
Each team member has responsibility toensure the cashbooks are effectively managed, dealing with queries on a dailybasis as they arrive. The role willinclude regular bank to cash reconciliations, weekly petty cash review andreimbursement requests as well as review and recording of income received.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills are essential with the ability to deal with people at alllevels and good organisational skills is a must with a real commitment toexcellent service delivery. Good customer service skills will be an advantagedue to the nature of the role and being first point of contact for manyTreasury and Debt related queries.
Experience of working in a busy financeoffice environment with a fast pace of work is desirable. Management of ownworkload and being a team player in our "Can Do" team is essential whilstworking to deadlines ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Ideally the successful candidate willhave some Excel skills and experience of working with online banking systems aswell as computerised ledger systems.
