Maintenance Co-Ordinator - Maternity cover - leading to permanent

As a Maintenance Co-Ordinator, you will play a direct role in supporting the fantastic Maintenance Team, providing excellent customer service in person and on the telephone. You will deal with a range of administrative duties to enhance and ensure a smooth running of the department and the tasks involved in maintaining our managed properties using our in-house IT system.
Requirements:
* Must be reliable, flexible, professional, with excellent IT skills, personable, and self-motivated with a desire to succeed and be a real team player.
* Passionate for perfection, articulate, proactive, and able to work in a busy fast-paced environment, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
* Valid Driver's License (preferred/not essential)
* References required/Right to work check
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming telephone calls and visitors to our offices.
* Fully competent to use IT systems, spreadsheets, and diary management.
* Carring out the role of Maintenance Support Advisor in areas that assist the team.
* Assisting in the process of the maintenance issues reported and providing support and communication through the process to all parties.
* Liaising with landlords and tenants efficiently.
* Working internally with all departments in our company efficiently as required.
* Varied work involving dealing with contractors, key management, ensuring compliance, and other duties to support the team.
* Initial and ongoing training provided.
* Team player with confident communication.
* Required to work on a rota basis on a Saturday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 23 – 31 per week
