This is a really exciting role for an Assistant Accountant to join their small team, offering great exposure to month end and management accounts.
Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant include:
* Assisting with monthly management accounts
* Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
* Fixed Asset register management
* Oversight of purchase and sales ledgers (high value, low volume)
* Supplier statement reconcilliations
* Assisting with monthly financial statements
* Adhoc duties as required by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Accountant ideally will have:
* Experience in an all-round finance role
* Flexible approach to work
* Capability of working in a fast-paced SME environment
* Strong Excel user
* Capability of working independently
* Early level CIMA/ACCA studier
