About The Role:
As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome anxiety-related barriers to learning. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering personalised learning strategies to engage students with complex needs
* Providing in-school teaching and targeted interventions
* Offering outreach support in alternative settings to facilitate access to education
* Working closely with families, external professionals, and support networks
* Leading staff training on best practices for supporting anxious learners
