UKAS are recruiting for an Operations Support Officer to work within our Customer Services Team. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Staines Upon Thames.
The Operations Support Officer provides essential operations and logistical support to our accreditation sections, enabling UKAS to fulfil its obligations as the UK’s national accreditation body.
Some of the key duties include:
* Act as the contact point for new applicants to UKAS, guiding the application process.
* Process all customer and stakeholder requests promptly.
* Review and process all applications for extension to scope from existing customers.
It is expected that the successful candidate will:
* Have excellent customer service skills.
* Display accurate written and clear verbal communication skills.
* Have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team.
* Be able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
