Business Development Executive (Obagi Medical)
Reporting to: Regional Business Development Manager
Location: Field based, looking after Midlands
Salary: Competitive salary and commission structure + car allowance

About the role:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our successful Skinhealth sales team. In this position your primary focus will be to increase sales and awareness of our key products through a collaborative and strategic approach. You will develop and maintain professional long-term client relationships within your given territory. To succeed in this role, you’ll require proven experience in business development within the aesthetics/skincare industry. Please note, this role will involve working remotely and also regular travel within the Midlands region.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prioritise and carry out:
o Activities including face to face meetings within territory and accounts within agreed budgets and timescales resulting in increased sales.
o Appropriate customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims and targets whilst carefully managing personal time and productivity and leading to long term sustainable relationships.
* Maintain and develop sales with an emphasis on Obagi & Observ and other Healthxchange premium brands through:
o Appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
o Customer analysis to direct effort to deliver best return.
o Relevant internal liaison to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Respond to and follow up sales opportunities using appropriate and timely methods.
* Respond to and follow up sales opportunities using appropriate and timely methods.
* Record, analyse, report, update and administer relevant systems and company information requirements.
* Implement marketing and visual merchandising initiatives as requested.
* Be aware of competitor developments and activity and feedback relevant information to management.
* Ensure use of HXP Tech platforms such as Clever Clinic and Clever Patients are optimised on the territory and by team.
* Attend and present at external and internal meetings as necessary to perform own duties and aid business development.
* Maintain high level of relevant knowledge, techniques and skills through self-learning & attending organised events.
* Routinely assess product knowledge and show improvement across the Skin Health portfolio.
* Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to self and care of equipment.
* Carry out additional and ad hoc duties as and when required to fulfil the duties above or as requested by the management of the company
About you:
* Previous history of sales experience within the aesthetic or beauty industry
* High achiever with highest standard of self-driven worth ethic.
* Relevant industry knowledge.
* Target driven personality with proven track record of achieving and exceeding high targets.
* Good working knowledge of products and services of the company (through self-learning & training).
* High standards of customer service, sales skills and communication.
* Able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.
* Ability to work with a CRM.
* Proven commercial quality account management.
* Microsoft Office Suit
* Clean driving licence
