As Business Development Manager you will:
1. Lead New Business Initiatives: Work alongside our Restaurant Business Development Director to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. From the first client meeting to contract sign-off, you’ll manage every step of the sales process.
2. Bid Management: Oversee the bidding process, including bid writing, development, and submission. Collaborate with the Bid Manager and Finance team to ensure all bids are compelling and competitive.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth. Ensure client needs are met through tailored solutions and strategic planning.
4. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Business Director to devise effective sales and retention strategies for each client in addition to identifying key opportunities and deliver winning proposals....
