And if that’s you we would love to have you join us Job Description You are a business-driven individual that will manage the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to grow the established business in the overall system integrator community, to meet annual sales goals and grow our share with customers. You will report to the Director Market Access CEN and are located in the UK. Your Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships at key system integrator accounts; engage with the territory team and distributors to cover the non-assigned SI's Partner with business leads in your territory to identifying product gaps and market needs. Maintain a regular planning schedule with system integrator partners to implement success plans. Identify new partners that can help take Rockwell Automation solutions into the market; promote our Integrated Architecture, Power and Process initiatives. Establish and maintain a collaborative planning process with system integrators and distributor partners. Manage client and customer relationships, often through account teams, to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Appraise Partner capabilities to assess the feasibility and potential for achievement of our strategic goals. Establish best practice for effective collaboration between distributors and system integrator in country and institutionalize this practice across the CE&N region by using the local Market Access Teams The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
