As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join us. You'll be working alongside our go-to-market teams to grow, retain and take care of well-known brands, such as Asos, Gymshark, Lego and many more!
About the role
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and helping businesses unlock the full value of their products? As a Client Development Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Client Enablement: Work closely with the Account Management team to help clients understand the value our products bring to their business.
2. Onboarding: Lead Kick-Off calls to ensure new customers are fully aligned with our value proposition and equipped for success.
3. Client Updates: Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to maintain accountability, track progress, and ensure alignment with client strategies.
4. Success Plan Management: Implement and manage detailed success plans tailored to each client’s objectives.
5. Churn Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify clients at risk of churn and implement strategic plans to address challenges and maintain satisfaction.
6. Growth Identification: Spot and nurture expansion opportunities, ensuring clients see continued value in our offerings.
7. Campaign Reviews: Set clear goals at the start of campaigns, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to optimize future activity and drive growth.
