We are recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Employment team in Belfast. This role would suit an employment lawyer with 1+ years PQE looking for a varied role with clear progression opportunities.
The team operates on a fully flexible working basis, and this role can accommodate full or part-time hours.
Your Role
As a key addition to the team, you can expect to be involved with:
* Varied work supporting a range of private and public sector clients on a broad spectrum of employment matters, both non-contentious and contentious.
* Collaborating closely with colleagues in our Belfast office as well as our other office locations.
Your Skills & Experience
We are looking for:
* A Qualified Solicitor, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
* Experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* A forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication, and organisational skills; you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines.
* A client-focused approach with the ability to nurture long-standing relationships.
