Key Responsibilities:
* To answer the telephone politely and efficiently.
* To deal with enquiries, taking messages or redirecting calls as appropriate.
* To provide a friendly and helpful reception experience at all times.
* Greet customers, notify the Sales, Service or Parts departments of their arrival, and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.
* To assist in any other administrative or stocking duties as required.
* To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked and orderly.
* Provide support and cover to the BMW, MINI and Land Rover dealerships.
