Public Sewer Services is looking for an Office Administrator to support our project management teams and ensure the smooth flow of operations.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial part of our operations, handling key administrative tasks that keep our projects moving efficiently. You'll support various departments, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, clients, and project teams.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage incoming calls, and be point of contact for enquiries, redirecting or escalating as necessary.
* Handle mail and email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate distribution and response.
* Efficiently process a variety of administrative requests, from data entry to file management, supporting departmental needs.
* Organise and maintain office spaces and systems, including document management and archiving, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
* Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings and other relevant communications.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
* Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
* Complete Section 50 Licences.
What you'll need to bring:
* Prior administrative experience (construction/utilities sector experience is a plus but not essential)
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Effective planning and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
