Reward 37.5 hours per week, Monday -Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm £150 per month bonus Gifted birthday holiday day Free parking Excellent onboarding Duties & Responsibilities Telephoning customers who are in arrears with a view to making a one-call resolution Taking payments over the telephone Dealing with inbound calls regarding overdue accounts Dealing with inbound general customer service queries regarding existing agreements Issuing copy invoices, statements and any other paperwork as and where applicable Skills and experience An Excellent telephone manner is required.
