The Role:
Customer Success Managers are an integral part of the client-facing team, owning and developing the relationship with senior stakeholders.
* Highly strategic and confident consultative approach to client management
* Programmatic expert, with wider understanding of broader Paid Media space
* Data-driven, utilising campaign performance metrics to create actionable insights and drive ongoing success
* Identify new ways to grow accounts through upsell and cross sell
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Solid understanding of DSP/Programmatic space
* Experience in client facing roles, and influencing client decisions
* The ability to understand data and help clients make sense of their ad campaigns
* Keen to be part of a fast-growing organisation!
