Role Requirements:
This role is all about maintaining and building relationships, using data to maximize efficiencies, and pushing performance improvement wherever possible. As the onsite recruitment account manager, you will be adept at problem-solving and understand how to get the best out of people. Below is a selection of what you can expect:
1. Building effective relationships with workers & key clients, attending planning & forecasting meetings to fill requirements, highlighting any challenges proactively.
2. Using our feedback system (have your say) to review all worker and client comments, acting on feedback to continuously improve processes.
3. Working closely with the client to deliver quick turnaround of candidates.
4. Actively seeking commercial opportunities within your local area to grow your current client base and develop future opportunities.
5. Managing compliance requirements, ensuring your site is compliant against policies such as Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), National Minimum Wage (NMW), and Right to Work.
6. Building candidate pipelines for future temporary requirements.
7. Interviewing and inducting potential job candidates.
8. Understanding local labour markets and recruitment trends, analysing competitor data.
9. Able to undertake welfare, capability, and disciplinary meetings.
10. Collecting and maintaining attendance records for payroll and disciplinary requirements.
11. Providing service to employees who need assistance.
12. Administration of payroll.
13. Undertaking performance reviews and working closely with Operational teams.
Expectations:
To be successful in this role, we will need a few things:
1. You will need to have recruitment experience in a fast-paced (ideally on-site) environment.
2. You will have leadership skills and be able to show these qualities consistently.
3. You will be professional in approach and able to hold conversations at the most senior level.
4. You will need to demonstrate that you can build relationships at all levels.
5. You will be comfortable working with and presenting data to stakeholders.
6. You will need to have an eye for detail and be able to provide examples of problem-solving.
7. Most importantly, you will need to be tenacious, with a great attitude towards delivering excellent service.
