Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent in the market, ensuring that TEKEVER continues to grow with a brilliant team.
What will be your responsibilities:
1. Developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in the fields of technology, engineering, and innovation.
2. Assisting in the creation and promotion of job advertisements across various platforms.
3. Managing and optimising the recruitment process.
4. Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
5. Strengthening TEKEVER’s employer brand by promoting the company’s culture and values to candidates and recruitment partners.
6. Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to identify promising talent.
7. Support on onboarding functions.
Profile and Requirements:
1. Degree in Sociology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google tools.
3. Fluent in English with proven fluency at the C2 level; Portuguese (is a plus).
4. Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in applying technological solutions in the context of human resources.
5. Strong interest in recruitment and talent management.
6. Resilient profile with a positive, dynamic attitude and a results-driven approach.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Availability to work full-time in the office.
