Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer seeking a new opportunity in Exeter. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company, who are looking for a skilled engineer to join their team on a large site in Exeter.\n\nPosition: Air Conditioning Engineer\nLocation: Exeter\nSalary: £48k per annum\n\nRole: Mobile, van and fuel card, personal use on van\n\nBenefits: 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays, Monday to Friday days, ⅕ call out with £105\n\nThe Role: As a Facilities Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems on a large site in Plymouth. This role will involve diagnosing faults, conducting repairs, and ensuring all HVAC equipment is running efficiently to maintain a comfortable and safe environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems.\nResponding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs promptly.\nDiagnosing faults and implementing solutions.\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations.\nProviding excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.Qualifications and Experience Required:\n\nRelevant qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).\nF-Gas Certification.\nProven experience in a similar role within facilities management or building services.\nStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
