This role combines networking and relationship building on several existing accounts Part of this role includes managing active accounts alongside opportunities to drive upsell and cross selling. Key responsibilities: Maintain and manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Build strong relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify and map out new business opportunities. Understand customer needs, cross-sell services, grow revenue, and replenish services within existing accounts. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a customer service role. Strong communication and relationships building skills. Ability to prioritise and organise information. Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams. Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
