Job Responsibilities
* Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes
* Assisting with planning and preparing learning activities
* Working with small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts
* Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour monitoring
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Minimum Qualifications
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
* Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Understanding of educational principles and practices
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Good organisational and time management skills
* First Aid certification
* Additional relevant qualifications in education or child development
Work Environment
* Work primarily within a school setting
* Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
* Potential for some additional evening or weekend work for school events
